Prospective PhD Students
Our program is planning to review applications for potential admission into the School Psychology PhD program for the 2027-2028 academic year.
If you're interested in applying to our program to work with me, please first review the information about our team and projects. My team is best suited for individuals who are also interested in improving school mental health practices, the prevention and early identification of student mental health strengths and needs, and who have a shared committment toward reducing mental heatlth inequities. Applicants who have specific interests in school-based assessment practices, specifically universal screening, and implementation science will be the best fit for the current focus of my team.
I also look for applicants who:
Have strong writing skills and communication skills
Are driven and goal-oriented
Have a genuine interest in research, as well as some experience with research
Will work well with our team
Importantly, given the volume of applications we recieve each year, I cannot meet individually with prospective students.
